Using a high-resolution RGB camera, Vision.Sort keeps track of every object. The AI analyses visual characteristics such as size, colour and shape in real time.

The path to pure fractions and greater safety

Every material flow places its own demands on a plant. We therefore combine our mechanical engineering with trained pattern recognition based on artificial intelligence (AI).

Optical cameras or X-ray sensors detect the objects directly on the conveyor belt. The AI then analyses the material flow in real time. In a fraction of a second, the system decides whether to reject the item.
 
​This allows you to precisely remove contaminants from the process and significantly increase the purity of your fractions.
