AI with integrated discharge (mass throughput)

This version is the complete package for automated processes. The AI recognises the material and directly controls the integrated nozzle bar. Ideal for high throughputs where ejection must take place in fractions of a second (speeds of up to 4 m/s).

Analysis unit for flexible mechanics

If you need maximum flexibility in terms of mechanics, you’ve come to the right place. The X.Sort M can be retrofitted into existing systems with remarkable ease. The AI precisely controls the discharge mechanism that best suits your requirements – whether that be paddles, pick-by-light systems, manual sorting stations or the automatic shutdown of the system.
