About WeSort.AI – Changing the game!

WeSort.AI GmbH is a high-tech start-up from Würzburg that is revolutionizing recycling through artificial intelligence and is thus making a significant contribution to the urgently needed circular economy. Our deep learning systems enable both granular analysis and sorting of, for example, electronic waste and various plastics. In 2023, we were one of six start-ups nationwide to be awarded the prestigious Founders' Prize plus from the Federal Ministry of Economics (BMWK) for our systems. In 2024, we received the next major award as one of the winners of the German Founders' Prize, initiated by Stern, Sparkasse, ZDF and Porsche.

In addition, at WeSort.AI we work on research projects with well-known partners such as Siemens to combat climate change and ocean pollution.

As a leading provider in the DACH region and with market entry in 2024, our team is growing rapidly.

Area: Sales

This is your new passion

  • Supporting our sales team in the acquisition and support of customers

  • Strategic lead generation and identification of potential customers

  • Structured and regular contact follow-up of interested parties

  • Preparation and follow-up of offers and contracts

  • Carrying out market analyses and identifying new business opportunities

  • Creating customized presentations for our customers

  • Organizing and supporting customer presentations and trade fairs

  • Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system

You inspire us

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or ongoing Master's degree in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable education

  • Strong technical understanding for the communication of our solutions

  • Interest in innovative technologies and sustainable solutions

  • Initial experience in sales or customer contact is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working

  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally initial experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
