WeSort.AI GmbH is a high-tech start-up from Würzburg that is revolutionizing recycling through artificial intelligence and is thus making a significant contribution to the urgently needed circular economy. Our deep learning systems enable both granular analysis and sorting of, for example, electronic waste and various plastics. Support our sales team in acquiring and managing customers in the recycling and sorting technology sector

Strategic lead generation and identification of potential customers

Structured and regular follow-up with prospects, including initial technical consultation

Preparation and follow-up of offers, contracts, and technical specifications

Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable solution concepts in collaboration with our engineering team

Conducting market analyses and identifying new business opportunities

Creating tailored presentations and technical documents for customers
-
Organizing and supporting customer presentations, on-site demonstrations, and trade fairs
-
Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
-
Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for accompanying projects on-site with our team

Preferred qualifications

Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable education: Technician / Technical Business Administrator

Strong technical understanding to communicate our solutions effectively

Interest in innovative technologies and sustainable solutions

Initial experience in sales or customer contact is a plus

Strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working

Confident handling of MS Office and ideally some experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
Minimum qualifications

Education or degree in a technical or business field
