Office management clerk: accounting and Human Resources (m/f/d)

Location: Würzburg / Remote with attendance days

 

As a high-tech start-up from Würzburg, WeSort.AI GmbH is revolutionising the recycling industry through the use of artificial intelligence. Our award-winning deep learning systems make an essential contribution to the circular economy by enabling detailed analysis and sorting of materials such as electronic waste and various plastics.

 

As part of our growth, we are now looking for a dedicated individual to join our team on a part-time basis in Finance and HR.

Tasks

Your challenges:​​​​

  • Accounting tasks: Take responsibility for accounts payable and receivable. Your expertise will help ensure and monitor the financial stability of our company. 

  • Payment management: Prepare payments in DATEV and ensure that all transactions are carried out accurately and on time. Your accuracy and attention to detail will be key. 

  • Process Optimisation: Use your critical analysis skills to continually improve our processes. Work with our automation software to achieve efficiencies. 

  • Communications Management: Effectively manage email and correspondence and act as a point of contact for various stakeholders and business partners. Your strong communication skills will help maintain our external relationships. 

  • Candidate Management: Screening applications and identifying suitable candidates for our organisation. Your ability to spot potential is essential to adding talent to our team. 

  • Organisational tasks: Coordinate the scheduling and preparation of interviews. Your organised approach will ensure an efficient process and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

 

qualifications

What you bring:​​​​

  • A commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, finance, HR or a comparable qualification, also as a working student parallel to your studies. 

  • Initial experience in finance and/or HR. 

  • Strong organisational skills and an independent, structured way of working. 

  • Confident handling of common Office applications; experience with DATEV is an advantage, but can also be learnt in a few hours. 

  • A high degree of discretion and a sense of responsibility. 

  • Good communication skills in German and English.
