Location: Würzburg / Remote with attendance days

The WeSort. AI GmbH is a high-tech start-up from Würzburg, which is revolutionizing recycling with artificial intelligence and thus making a significant contribution to the much-needed circular economy. Our deep learning systems enable both a granular analysis and sorting of, for example, electronic scrap and various plastics. This year, we were one of six start-ups nationwide to be awarded the renowned Gründerpreis plus from the Federal Ministry of Economics (BMWK) for our systems. In addition, the team works with well-known partners such as Fraunhofer and Siemens on research projects and is thus fighting against climate change and pollution of the seas. WeSort. AI recently received funding of over €1.5 million as part of the federal government's national AI strategy, is thus fully funded for the next three years and will sustainably expand the team in the coming months and years.
